IF IT CAN BE REPAIRED THEY CAN DO IT I've had the best service at Bodies in Motion of any dance store in the Detroit area. I had a tap come off one of my shoes and was ready to buy a new pair but they were able to fix the tap by the next day for me. Now I call that customer service! I will go out of my way to shop at Bodies in Motion. Until Bodies in Motion, I’ve never walked into a dance store & truly felt like I was in one. From the beautiful decor, dance pictures, & window displays, to the knowledgeable sales ladies & top of the line beautiful products they offer; all the way down to accessories; this is by far the best dance store in metro-Detroit & probably the best overall I’ve been into in my 20 years of dancing. The sales ladies are wonderful & I have witnessed their professionalism with fitting pointe shoes on young dancers to dealing with rude customers who wear leotards & shoes then want to return them. Dancewear is like intimate apparel & swimwear, you can’t return it if you’ve worn it. I wouldn’t want to buy someone's once worn leotard or shoes, & I’m so glad that this store enforces that policy & continues to offer such high quality products and customer service! They took their time with my daughter to be sure she had the right fit in her pointe shoes. I will be comming back to Bodies in Motion for all of her dance needs. The ladies at Bodies in Motion were very helpfull and wonderful to work with. They took their time with fitting my daughter in point shoes, and showed her how to care for them.
